The film of your life

The Porto Rico island is situated in an ideal strategic position for drug traffic between South America and the United States. The police are on the look-out and several smugglers have served their sentence at the penitentiary of the island.

A very old christian lady visits this prison and sometimes she attends the judgment of the prisoners. One day it is Hector, a notorious trafficker, who is condemned. He was confounded by a cassette which revealed a conversation between him and another smuggler. This cassette was recorded without his knowledge.

Our friend visits him in his cell :

• Hector, you have been recognized guilty by the judges because of this record. Do you know that your life is filmed and recorded by God himself? One day your life will be presented to you. If man has such technical means, does God not have his own?

She lets him read Revelation chapter 20: "And I saw the dead, ... standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books" (verse 12).

On that day Hector repented before God, learned that God's Son Jesus Christ submitted to punishment instead of him and he believes that his sins are deleted. From then on his name is found in the book of life and will never be deleted.
