Motivation is a master word

The tennis player in whom the spectators had put their hope has just been beaten by his opponent. He explains to the journalists who are waiting for him outside the court that after having lost the second set he was not motivated anymore.

Motivated : is a word which is used a lot in our society. One speaks about motivation letters, people who are motivated and workers who are not motivated.

If the result of our work motivates us then we can face the difficulties with serenity and courage. If we are not motivated we only see the negative aspects.

The services which search for employees know that a good motivation is often more important than the level of knowledge of the candidate.

There is no bigger motivation in the world than the one of a Christian who loves his Lord. He has one goal: Christ. He knows why he is on earth and the finality of his life. He approaches the difficulties with confidence, because he has his eyes fixed on Christ who leads everything to a good end.

The apostle Paul said: "For to me, to live is Christ" (Philippians 1, 21). Here we find a motivation which is worthwhile living for and which is offered to you still today in a world full of disillusions and suicides.

Enter into contact with the Lord Jesus by prayer and discover in him the real motivation for your life.
