Plan of the Bible

The main subject of the Bible from the beginning to the end is salvation of man for eternity.

The Bible starts with the creation. Man is in the centre of creation. The disobedience of man towards God introduces sin and it's consequences.

At the end of the Bible we find the judgment of them who will not have received Christ as their Saviour and eternal happiness for them who were saved.

All through the Bible from the beginning to the end we discover:
1) the inability of man to free himself from sin and death. Warnings, orders, judgments, God's proofs of goodness, patience and grace. Nothing was missing. However, man stayed the same.
2) God intervenes in his mercy as God the Saviour. Just after the fall he promises a liberator. He reveals himself more and more as the only one who can and wants to save his creature. The central message of the Bible is Christ, the Son of God. He is born as man and dies on the cross of Calvary to accomplish the job to save humanity.
