God's promises

Here are some of them:
"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine" (Isaiah 43, 1).
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand" (Isaiah 41, 10).
"I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you" (Isaiah 42, 6).
"For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41, 13).
He himself said: "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13, 5).
Let us answer him full of confidence: "The Lord is my help and I will not fear".

Why do you fear, my soul? When the suffering is strong is the Lord not your rest, your support? Lift your eyes up; he is your deliverance. He will not leave you; my soul, do not fear.
No, I will not fear! Neither Satan, nor the world can rob me from the arms of the good shepherd. There I taste in peace his deep love; there I am always sheltered from danger.
